I managed the creation of a Python script for automated analysis of production calls using Chat GPT to yield statistically significant data on issue breakdown (ASR, NLU, dialog etc.) across brands, built a self-serve spreadsheet for reviewing trends, and edited and maintained versions of the script for a variety of common queries.
