ConverseNow Non Order Call Flow

To address the challenge of too many non order/unconvertible calls going to CN human agents and straining resources, I designed a call flow for responding to common non order use cases directly through AI and intelligently routing call traffic between restaurant sites and CN human agents depending on the likelihood of order conversion.
