LLM Voicebot Prompt Engineering

To transition our legacy system to a new generative AI approach leveraging LLMs to drive dialog, I created a system of prompts and collaborated with engineers to elaborate the prompts with additional features and capabilities via functions and API calls. We used an internal platform for tuning and testing prompts and created a tracking sheet to capture changes and rationale.
