To create a quantifiable metric for evaluating the naturalness of interacting with AI, I broke down the perceived elements of AI naturalness and defined objective measures for each. We ran the test over 500+ production calls to arrive at a final composite score of 3.54/5. The evaluation informed future resource prioritization for improving guest experience.
