As lead designer on UT Austin's first fully online master's degree program, I collaborated with the Nutritional Sciences department chair and faculty to reimagine their in-person course designs for 100% online self-paced delivery. I created the course outline, assessment framework, visual/web design, and curated and wrote all content.
