Wingstop Order Flows

To map out the possible ordering interaction space for Wingstop, I created a flow chart to guide engineers in encoding how the conversational AI should navigate the menu and handle common ordering patterns. Versions show evolution from an open (more problematic) flow to a closed, guided flow that optimized experience and order accuracy.
